1. Ownership of Hipopick Content

Hipopick ("we", "us", "our") and its underlying technology, design, branding, and content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise specified, all rights in the following are owned by Hipopick or its licensors:

• The Hipopick name, logos, and brand assets
• Website and application design, layout, and user interface elements
• Underlying code, algorithms, and technical infrastructure
• Editorial content, curated looks, collections, and recommendations

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works based on Hipopick's content, design, or branding without our prior written permission.

2. Third-Party Content and Trademarks

Hipopick displays product images, titles, descriptions, and other content sourced from or inspired by third-party merchants and platforms. These materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Examples include:

• Product photos, logos, and brand names from merchants or platforms such as Hipobuy
• Trademarks, service marks, and trade names of third-party brands
• Product descriptions and specifications provided by manufacturers or retailers

The display of third-party content on Hipopick does not imply ownership, endorsement, or sponsorship by Hipopick, nor does it transfer any intellectual property rights to Hipopick or to you.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Hipopick for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with our Terms of Service. This includes browsing products, saving looks, and sharing links to specific pages or products.

You may NOT:

• Scrape, copy, or systematically extract content from Hipopick using automated tools
• Reproduce or redistribute significant portions of Hipopick's content, design, or branding
• Use Hipopick's name, logo, or branding in a way that implies affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement
• Create derivative works or competing services based on Hipopick's design, features, or data

4. User-Submitted Content

Hipopick does not currently allow user uploads, comments, or other forms of user-generated content. If this changes in the future, we will update this Intellectual Property Notice and our Terms of Service accordingly.

5. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement

Hipopick respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content displayed on Hipopick infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, please contact us promptly with the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property that you claim has been infringed
• The URL or location where the allegedly infringing content appears on Hipopick
• Your contact information (name, email address, and optionally phone number)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury (where applicable), that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the intellectual property owner

We will investigate valid claims and may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content as appropriate. However, Hipopick is not responsible for the legality of content hosted on third-party platforms linked from Hipopick.

6. Fair Use and Transformative Use

Hipopick may display product information, images, and other content under principles of fair use, transformative use, or similar legal doctrines where applicable. This includes aggregation, curation, comparison, and editorial commentary for the purpose of helping users discover and evaluate products.

We do not claim ownership over third-party trademarks, product images, or descriptions. Our use of such content is intended to facilitate user research and decision-making, not to misrepresent or infringe upon the rights of original content owners.

7. Changes to This Intellectual Property Notice

We may update this Intellectual Property Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our service, practices, or legal requirements.

Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Hipopick after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated notice.
