Hipopick may participate in affiliate, referral, or partnership programs with third-party platforms and merchants, including (but not limited to) Hipobuy.

In practical terms, this may mean that:

• When you click a product link or button (for example, "View on Hipobuy") and visit a third-party platform, that platform may recognize that you arrived via Hipopick.
• If you take certain actions on the third-party platform (such as viewing or purchasing a product), Hipopick may receive a referral fee, commission, or performance-based compensation.

These affiliate or referral arrangements help support the operation and continued development of Hipopick without requiring you to pay directly for using the Service.

3. No Impact on Your Price or Experience

Affiliate or referral compensation does not change the price you pay on third-party platforms. Pricing, promotions, shipping fees, and other commercial terms are determined solely by the third-party merchants or platforms.

Our participation in affiliate programs is intended to support Hipopick's operations and does not alter the cost of products or services you choose to purchase through third parties.

4. Independence of Recommendations

Hipopick's recommendations are primarily driven by factors such as quality checks, product attributes, popularity, and user experience design. While affiliate relationships may influence which merchants or platforms we are able to link to, we do not sell placement or guarantee ranking positions in a way that overrides basic relevance.

That said, some sections or placements may be sponsored or influenced by advertising performance. Where appropriate, we aim to clearly label promotional content.

5. Relationship with Hipobuy and Other Merchants

Hipopick may direct users to Hipobuy or other merchants to complete purchases. In these cases, Hipopick may receive compensation if a purchase or qualifying action occurs.

However:

• Hipopick does not process payments or manage orders on behalf of Hipobuy or any other merchant.
• Your relationship, including any purchase, refund, or dispute, is strictly between you and the merchant or platform.
• Hipopick is not responsible for product quality, delivery, customer support, or compliance with local regulations by third-party merchants.

6. Analytics and Attribution Technologies

To measure the effectiveness of affiliate links and advertising campaigns, Hipopick uses analytics and attribution technologies as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

These may include internal identifiers (such as scan_id), ad platform parameters (such as ttclid for TikTok), and aggregated performance reports. They help us understand which campaigns or flows are working, but do not change the terms of your purchase on third-party platforms.

7. No Guarantees or Warranties

Participation in affiliate or referral programs does not mean that Hipopick guarantees or endorses any particular product, merchant, or platform. We do not make any promises regarding:

• The accuracy or completeness of product information or pricing
• The quality, safety, or fitness for purpose of products sold by third parties
• The availability, delivery times, or customer service of any merchant

You are responsible for reviewing the terms, policies, and reputation of third-party merchants before making a purchase.

We may update this Affiliate Disclosure from time to time to reflect changes in our partnerships, compensation models, or legal requirements.

Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Hipopick after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated disclosure.
